With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva Neto served as the Vice President of Finance, CFO and IRO at Renova Energia S.A., as well as the CEO at Abribe Investimentos, his personal investment vehicle, which is currently inactive. He was the CEO of Arxo Industrial do Brasil S/A in 2017/2018, the CEO of Dalçoquio Transportes Ltda. in 2015/2016 and the Chief Administrative and Financial Officer at Tomé Group (Equipment and Transport) between 2013 and 2017. Between 2010 and 2013, he was the CFO of GMR Realty S/A. From 1994 to 2010, Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva worked at Banco ABN Amro, Banco ABC Brasil, Banco Sudameris, BankBoston and Unibanco, where he held several leadership positions in the commercial and project finance areas. He graduated in Business Administration from FMU and completed an MBA in Corporate Finance from FIPE, in addition to having taken several short courses in management in Brazil and abroad.

Ms. Claudia Abreu earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UFRJ, an MBA in Marketing from USP and a specialization degree in Fashion Marketing from Marangoni de Paris. She has more than 20 years of experience, having worked at Microsoft, L’Oréal, Kipling and Mundo Verde, where she was CEO. She is also a Board member at Instituto Capitalismo Consciente (Conscious Capitalism Institute) and BBX, the first business developer for small and medium enterprises in Brazil.

With more than 17 years of experience in the market, Mr. Claudy served from June 2015 to March 2021 as Director of Energy Portfolio Management and Trading, Director of Market Intelligence, Manager of Business Development and Distributed Generation and Manager of Business Development and M&A. During his second term at EDP Brasil, from April 2011 to October 2014, he served as Manager of Business Development and Energy Solutions focused on international projects at Vale S.A., from April 2007 to April 2011, served as Energy Risk Management Analyst and Coordinator of Energy Studies, Pricing and Risk Management in its first term at AES Brasil, and from July 2006 to April 2007 served as Purchasing Demand Planning Analyst. Mr. Claudy holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from USP (Universidade de São Paulo), and a postgraduate degree in electrical engineering from the same university.

Alcindo Neto has a degree in economics from FEA-USP, a master’s degree in economics from PUC-SP and is currently completing his doctorate in business administration from FGV EAESP. Alcindo has extensive experience in the financial sector. Among other relevant functions, he served as CEO of BV Asset Management and Asset Management of HSBC/Bradesco, in addition to having held the chair of Director of ANBIMA, prominent positions at Itaú, Deutsche Bank and Banco ABN AMRO.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-Insper. He has 20 years of experience in the financial market, having worked at large companies such as JP Morgan and Citibank, where he worked as Commercial Officer, being responsible for the Energy and Infrastructure Sector.

He graduated in Economics from UDESC. He has worked as an operator in the derivatives and physical market for over ten years, having worked in various areas, such as trading, asset management, credit, and led decision-making at trading desks, always focusing on risk control. He worked as a head trader at BTG Pactual, with international experience in the physical commodity market. He currently leads the market making and electricity trading area at 2W Energia.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Maurício Orlandi has worked at the Company since 2013 and was the Chairman of the Fiscal Council of Renova Energia S.A. Between 2008 and 2012, he contributed to the structuring and implementation of the back office of Autonomy Investimentos S.A. He also worked in the United States at Community West Bank, in the areas of treasury, currency exchange, management and risk control for over four years, having worked in the same area at Itaú BBA for three years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and completed an extension program in Global Business Management from the University of California. He also completed a program in IFRS and an MBA from FIA /USP.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Walter Tatoni served as the CFO of Odebrecht LatinFinance and Odebrecht Participações e Investimentos between 2017 and early 2019 and as the Chief Investment Officer at Odebrecht Energia between 2012 and 2017, being responsible for the business side of renewable energy generation projects. He was also the CFO at Odebrecht Properties Privadas. In 2007, he was a Co-founder and the CFO of VREC – Vital Renewable Energy Company, a private equity company focused on Renewable Energy and Biofuels, where he worked for four years, investing US$253 million from international investment funds, such as Palladin Capital Group and Royal Group. Between 2004 and 2007, he worked at Construtora Norberto Odebrecht, in the Investment and M&A area. He also served as the CFO and Project Finance Officer at Alstom Brasil between 2001 and 2004. In 2000 and 2001, he was an analyst in the IB area at Itaú and as an analyst responsible for the capital market and M&A at Austin Asis Consultoria. Mr. Walter Tatoni holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP, a specialization degree in Finance from HEC – Montreal, a master’s degree in Corporate Finance from FGV (Brazil) and a master’s degree in Renewable Energy from FGV (Brazil).

Mr. Alberto Büll da Silva has 16 years of experience as a lawyer, focusing on the electricity sector, infrastructure projects, project finance, financial operations and M&A. Between 2013 and 2021, he was an advisory partner and senior associate at Ulhôa Canto Advogados and, between 2004 and 2013, he worked as an associate at Dias Carneiro Advogados (in partnership with Uría Menéndez), Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (in New York and São Paulo) , Felsberg Advogados and Villemor Amaral Advogados.

Graduated in Law from Bandeirantes University of Sao Paulo, with an MBA from the School of Economics, Administration and Accounting of Ribeirao Preto – University of Sao Paulo, in Organizational Administration, Mr. Sandro Alexandre Almeida has more than 25 years of market experience through the largest banks and retailers, always developing businesses and leading the largest consumer finance and credit businesses in the country. He is experienced in consumer credit and credit risk, omnichannel commercial distribution, development of financial products, data science, Martech and Information Technology. From October 2002 to October 2005, he served as a Credit, Collection, Fraud and MIS Manager at Banco Citibank; from April 2006 to November 2011, as a Statutory Credit and Risk Officer at Banco Carrefour; from November 2011 to December 2012, as the CEO of Financeira na Máquina de Vendas – Ricardo Eletro; from June 2013 to September 2017, as an Executive Director of Financial Services, at Via (Casas Bahia & Ponto Frio); and from August 2018 to September 2020, as a statutory Executive Director of Financeira REALIZE CFI at Lojas RENNER.

Since 2009, Mr. Leonardo has been analyzing and designing corporate solutions through its company Trolltunga Soluções. He is also a Board member in publicly and privately held companies. He is currently a member of the Credit Guarantee Fund, CCR and Conexão. His most recent jobs include the coordination of Vale’s Independent Support and Recovery Committee, created after the incident in Brumadinho, and the participation in the Independent Expert Oversight Advisory Committee (IEOAC) of the World Health Organization (Switzerland). He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, and undergraduate degrees in Engineering from UFRJ and Economics from UCM, and earned graduate degrees from the University of Columbia, IMD, Wharton and AOTS. He was a Visiting Fellow in the International Financing Systems program of the Harvard Law School during the 2017 fall semester. He was President of CVM from 2012 to 2017. He was also Executive Vice President of Gol, Executive Officer at NET and Citibank in the corporate department in different continents, industries and business environments. He is Chairman of the Board of the Brazilian Snow Sports Federation.

He is a legal advisor and a partner at Porto Advogados. He worked as a professor at PUC-SP for over ten years and is the author and co-author of several law books addressing issues such as administrative laws and public-private partnerships (PPP). He also worked as a legal advisor in several Brazilian government ministries.

A founder of 2W Energia, which has sold electricity in the free market since 2013. He founded Clime Trading and holds an interest in GIP Medicina Diagnostica – Femme. He was a founding partner of RENOVA, a pioneer in renewable energy in Brazil with a portfolio of 1GW in wind, hydro and solar power projects. He also founded Enerbrás Centrais Elétricas S.A and was a partner at APMP. He earned a bachelor’s degree from FAAP – Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.

Ms. Ana Dolores Moura Carneiro de Novaes, CFA®, is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC), OEC – Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção (coordinator of the Audit Committee), Neogrid (coordinator of the Audit Committee) and member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee. Prior to that, she was a Director at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) from 2012 to 2017, member of the Board of Directors of CCR from 2002 to 2012, and from 2015 to 2019. She was also a Board member of CPFL Energia from 2007 to 2012, Metalfrio from 2009 to 2012 and Datasul from 2006 to 2008. Besides that, she was advisor to the Audit Committee of Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional from 2006 to 2011, Investment Director at Pictet Modal Asset Management S.A. from 1998 to 2003 and equities analyst at Banco de Investimentos Garantia from 1995 to 1997. She worked at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. from 1991 to 1994, and was a Macroeconomics professor at PUC-RJ and UFP. Ms. Ana Dolores Moura Carneiro de Novaes, CFA®, has a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and earned a degree in Law from PUC-RJ.

Mr. Luiz Gustavo Mariano is a partner and member of the Executive Committee of Flow Executive Finders, member of the Board of Directors and the People and Management Committee of Instituto Rede Tênis Brasil and  member of the Advisory Board of Instituto ProA. Prior to that, he was a director at the Page Group from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Luiz Gustavo Mariano earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii and a graduate degree from FGV-SP.

Mr. Marcos Cardoso Costa served from November 2015 to May 2016 as GE’s Renewable Energy and Power Strategic Accounts Leader for Latin America. From May 2016 to December 2020, served as President and CEO of GE Transportation and Wabtec Corporation for Latin America. From June 2006 to September 2012, served as Vice President of Global Power Sales for Latin America. Between September 2012 and November 2015, served as President in the Brazil region of Alstom Brasil Energia e Transporte. From July 2001 to April 2006, served as President and CEO of Va Tech Hydro Brasil (current: Andritz Hydro Brasil). From May 1997 to July 2001, served as Commercial Director for Energy at Inepar Indústria e Construções. Between June 1984 and April 1997, served as Commercial Manager at Coemsa Ansaldo and between August 1980 and May 1984, served as Export Sales Engineer at Sprecher+Schuh.
