With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva Neto served as the Vice President of Finance, CFO and IRO at Renova Energia S.A., as well as the CEO at Abribe Investimentos, his personal investment vehicle, which is currently inactive. He was the CEO of Arxo Industrial do Brasil S/A in 2017/2018, the CEO of Dalçoquio Transportes Ltda. in 2015/2016 and the Chief Administrative and Financial Officer at Tomé Group (Equipment and Transport) between 2013 and 2017. Between 2010 and 2013, he was the CFO of GMR Realty S/A. From 1994 to 2010, Mr. Claudio Ribeiro da Silva worked at Banco ABN Amro, Banco ABC Brasil, Banco Sudameris, BankBoston and Unibanco, where he held several leadership positions in the commercial and project finance areas. He graduated in Business Administration from FMU and completed an MBA in Corporate Finance from FIPE, in addition to having taken several short courses in management in Brazil and abroad. |

With more than 17 years of experience in the market, Mr. Claudy served from June 2015 to March 2021 as Director of Energy Portfolio Management and Trading, Director of Market Intelligence, Manager of Business Development and Distributed Generation and Manager of Business Development and M&A. During his second term at EDP Brasil, from April 2011 to October 2014, he served as Manager of Business Development and Energy Solutions focused on international projects at Vale S.A., from April 2007 to April 2011, served as Energy Risk Management Analyst and Coordinator of Energy Studies, Pricing and Risk Management in its first term at AES Brasil, and from July 2006 to April 2007 served as Purchasing Demand Planning Analyst. Mr. Claudy holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from USP (Universidade de São Paulo), and a postgraduate degree in electrical engineering from the same university. |

Alcindo Neto has a degree in economics from FEA-USP, a master’s degree in economics from PUC-SP and is currently completing his doctorate in business administration from FGV EAESP. He has worked as an operator in the derivatives and physical market for over ten years, having worked in various areas, such as trading, asset management, credit, and led decision-making at trading desks, always focusing on risk control. He worked as a head trader at BTG Pactual, with international experience in the physical commodity market. He currently leads the market making and electricity trading area at 2W Energia. |

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Maurício Orlandi has worked at the Company since 2013 and was the Chairman of the Fiscal Council of Renova Energia S.A. Between 2008 and 2012, he contributed to the structuring and implementation of the back office of Autonomy Investimentos S.A. He also worked in the United States at Community West Bank, in the areas of treasury, currency exchange, management and risk control for over four years, having worked in the same area at Itaú BBA for three years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP and completed an extension program in Global Business Management from the University of California. He also completed a program in IFRS and an MBA from FIA /USP. |

Walter Milan Tatoni | Investment and New Business Officer | |
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Walter Tatoni served as the CFO of Odebrecht LatinFinance and Odebrecht Participações e Investimentos between 2017 and early 2019 and as the Chief Investment Officer at Odebrecht Energia between 2012 and 2017, being responsible for the business side of renewable energy generation projects. He was also the CFO at Odebrecht Properties Privadas. In 2007, he was a Co-founder and the CFO of VREC – Vital Renewable Energy Company, a private equity company focused on Renewable Energy and Biofuels, where he worked for four years, investing US$253 million from international investment funds, such as Palladin Capital Group and Royal Group. Between 2004 and 2007, he worked at Construtora Norberto Odebrecht, in the Investment and M&A area. He also served as the CFO and Project Finance Officer at Alstom Brasil between 2001 and 2004. In 2000 and 2001, he was an analyst in the IB area at Itaú and as an analyst responsible for the capital market and M&A at Austin Asis Consultoria. Graduated in Law from Bandeirantes University of Sao Paulo, with an MBA from the School of Economics, Administration and Accounting of Ribeirao Preto – University of Sao Paulo, in Organizational Administration, Mr. Sandro Alexandre Almeida has more than 25 years of market experience through the largest banks and retailers, always developing businesses and leading the largest consumer finance and credit businesses in the country. He is experienced in consumer credit and credit risk, omnichannel commercial distribution, development of financial products, data science, Martech and Information Technology. From October 2002 to October 2005, he served as a Credit, Collection, Fraud and MIS Manager at Banco Citibank; from April 2006 to November 2011, as a Statutory Credit and Risk Officer at Banco Carrefour; from November 2011 to December 2012, as the CEO of Financeira na Máquina de Vendas – Ricardo Eletro; from June 2013 to September 2017, as an Executive Director of Financial Services, at Via (Casas Bahia & Ponto Frio); and from August 2018 to September 2020, as a statutory Executive Director of Financeira REALIZE CFI at Lojas RENNER. |

Since 2009, Mr. Leonardo has been analyzing and designing corporate solutions through its company Trolltunga Soluções. He is also a Board member in publicly and privately held companies. He is currently a member of the Credit Guarantee Fund, CCR and Conexão. His most recent jobs include the coordination of Vale’s Independent Support and Recovery Committee, created after the incident in Brumadinho, and the participation in the Independent Expert Oversight Advisory Committee (IEOAC) of the World Health Organization (Switzerland). He holds an MBA from the University of Warwick, and undergraduate degrees in Engineering from UFRJ and Economics from UCM, and earned graduate degrees from the University of Columbia, IMD, Wharton and AOTS. He was a Visiting Fellow in the International Financing Systems program of the Harvard Law School during the 2017 fall semester. He was President of CVM from 2012 to 2017. He was also Executive Vice President of Gol, Executive Officer at NET and Citibank in the corporate department in different continents, industries and business environments.
